In terms of cuisine, the Hotel Ischgl impresses as a member of Bewusst Tirol with an exceptional mix of regional products such as meat products from local farmers, game specialties from local hunters and our own products such as bread, chocolates and much more.
Fresh air and exercise make you hungry. The appetite in between and after winter sports can also be combated with small culinary delights as part of the afternoon buffet. This culinary pampering program in the afternoon is integrated into the half board.
DINE TASTY
Dining at the Hotel Ischgl is a particularly varied experience. This is ensured not only by the daily evening menu with 5-7 courses (three main courses to choose from - one of which is a vegetarian dish from the in-house natural kitchen) with a large salad buffet...
THEME EVENINGS
...but also the creative theme evenings such as the Xaver evening with Tyrolean cuisine, the fondue evening with romantic candlelight, and many other surprises.
DINNER
Dinner at Hotel Ischgl is not just reserved for our hotel guests. Even guests who do not live at the Hotel Ischgl can take part in our evening menu. Information about the current menu is available at reception or by telephone. Registrations for our dinner will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. at the latest.
GREEN HOOD
Just in time for the start of the 2022/23 winter season, the Hotel Ischgl was awarded the “Green Toque” by Styria vitalis. Since 1990, the award has stood for wholesome vegetarian enjoyment at the highest level in certified organic quality throughout Austria.
