Paznaun has a network of cross-country ski trails that consists of 73 continuous kilometers.

The night toboggan run in Ischgl is one of the longest routes in the Alps with 7 kilometers of tobogganing and 950 meters in altitude. From 7 p.m., the illuminated toboggan run is open every Monday and Thursday from mid-December to early April, weather permitting.
