Here at Hotel Ischgl, enjoyment always comes first. It is important to us that most of our products are created by ourselves, produced and refined using the best ingredients.
That's why we have set up our own, small but even more exquisite pastry shop in our hotel in Ischgl. Sabine Baurecht is a master confectioner and has been spoiling our guests with the tastiest sins for many years.
From Christmas cookies to all kinds of cakes and tarts, to the finest pralines made from homemade chocolate, to the dessert creations that we can serve you in the evening. Everything is homemade and we are proud of that.
So that you always know what we have made ourselves, all self-produced dishes in the Hotel Ischgl receive the "Handmade" sticker.
