Here at Hotel Ischgl, indulgence always comes first. It is our intention to create most of our culinary delights ourselves by using only the best ingredients.
This is why we have our own patisserie. For years, our pastry chef Sabine Baurecht has been spoiling our guests with the most amazing delights.
We will serve christmas cookies, cakes and tarts, finest pralines from home made chocolate as well as dessert creations after dinner. The fact that everything is home made makes us proud.

Hotel Ischgl puts great emphasis on regionality and sustainability. These are not meaningless phrases which is proven by the fact that Hotel Ischgl received an organic certification.

Just in time for the start of the winter season 2022/23, the Hotel Ischgl was awarded the "Grüne Haube" by Styria vitalis. Since 1990, the award has stood for whole-food vegetarian enjoyment at the highest level in certified organic quality throughout Austria.

Bewusst Tirol is an initiative with the goal to strengthen economy, agriculture and tourism in Tyrol. Businesses that proof to pay extra attention to using local products and show a big amount of environmental awareness get decorated. 2015, Hotel Ischgl was the winner in the district of Landeck.
For the fresh food preparation and the use of regional products, we were awarded the "AMA-Gastrosiegel".
Since 1988 SONNENTOR is convincing customers with organic herbs and spices which are combined based on innovative recipes.
As a FAIRTRADE Austria partner, we only use certified coffee, cocoa, sugar, etc.
