The Hotel Ischgl impresses on the culinary front by offering an extraordinary mix of regional delights like meat products from local farmers, game specialities from local hunters and home-made creations like bread, chocolates and much more. It is a member of the Bewusst Tirol project supporting local produce.
Fresh air and getting active makes you hungry. The appetites of the hotel’s guests are catered for during a break from the slopes or afterwards with small culinary delights as part of the afternoon buffet. This culinary treat in the afternoon is included in the half-board arrangement.
Dining is a particularly diverse experience at the Hotel Ischgl. There is not only the daily five to seven course evening menu (with three main dishes to chose from – including one vegetarian dish made naturally in-house) with a large salad buffet but also the creative theme evenings. These include the Xaver evening with Tyrolean cuisine, the romantic candlelit fondue evening and many more surprises.
Culinary enjoyment does not go together with nicotine. The stylish dining room is therefore naturally a non-smoking area. This is not the only thing done to ensure a feel-good atmosphere during dinner. Between 19:00 and 20:30, the WiFi is deactivated in the dining room. Those annoying emails and social media activities should not distract from the enjoyment, after all.
Our efforts to ensure cosiness, sustainability and regional quality was awarded with ‘Bewusst Tirol’ by the Tyrolean government from 2011 to 2019.
Hotel Ischgl puts great emphasis on regionality and sustainability. These are not meaningless phrases which is proven by the fact that Hotel Ischgl received an organic certification.

Just in time for the start of the winter season 2022/23, the Hotel Ischgl was awarded the "Grüne Haube" by Styria vitalis. Since 1990, the award has stood for whole-food vegetarian enjoyment at the highest level in certified organic quality throughout Austria.

Bewusst Tirol is an initiative with the goal to strengthen economy, agriculture and tourism in Tyrol. Businesses that proof to pay extra attention to using local products and show a big amount of environmental awareness get decorated. 2015, Hotel Ischgl was the winner in the district of Landeck.
For the fresh food preparation and the use of regional products, we were awarded the "AMA-Gastrosiegel".
