Any 3rd and 4th guest sleeping in a rollaway bed receives a discount of 20%.

• Upon receipt of your deposit via bank transfer or charge to your credit card account, your reservation is binding (please provide your credit card number and expiration date). Deposits will be retained as cancellation fees, except in cases of timely cancellation. Otherwise, the general Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions apply.

• The short term stay surcharge is EUR 3.—per person and day, and includes the third day.

• Ski passes will be made available to you at our front desk upon request. Please notify us a day ahead. This way you will bypass the annoying wait in line at the funiculars.

• Upon special arrangement, we will be pleased to run errands to purchase surprises and presents on your behalf.
