Children born after September 1, 1997 have free access to all venues when accompanied by an adult. Children born after September 1, 1998 will receive the applicable children’s discount. Any 3rd and 4th guest sleeping in a rollaway bed receives a discount of 20%.

• In the event that you expect to arrive at our hotel after 6 PM, kindly call us and let us know.

• In case of early departure (with the exception of early departures due to illness), you will be charged for the room up to the day reserved – the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions apply.

• Upon receipt of your deposit via bank transfer or charge to your credit card account, your reservation is binding (please provide your credit card number and expiration date). Deposits will be retained as cancellation fees, except in cases of timely cancellation. Otherwise, the general Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions apply.

• The short term stay surcharge is EUR 5.—per person and day, and includes the third day.

• Ski passes will be made available to you at our front desk upon request. Please notify us a day ahead. This way you will bypass the annoying wait in line at the funiculars.

• Upon special arrangement, we will be pleased to run errands to purchase surprises and presents on your behalf.

• Gift certificate: the unique gift idea for family or friends. Give the precious gift of time well spent – the joy of a great vacation. Each gift certificate will be custom-issued to accommodate your personal preferences.

Discounts & Prices

• If you cancel meals by 11 AM you will receive a refund of Euro 12.--
  (unfortunately we cannot issue a reimbursement for meal cancellations made after 11 AM).

• Guests booking a double room for single use will be charged a surcharge of 50% of the double room rate.

• Small pets are welcome at our premises. A surcharge of Euro 8.-- per day applies (does not include pet food).
